Most foundation problems don't announce themselves. By the time you notice them, they've been growing for years. One annual inspection catches small issues before they become $15,000 problems.

The Majestic Annual Foundation Health Program is a professional preventative maintenance service designed to protect your most valuable investment. Once a year, a certified Majestic foundation specialist visits your property, conducts a comprehensive inspection of all foundation-related systems, and delivers a written Health Report telling you exactly what condition your foundation is in.
Think of it like an annual physical for your home. Most problems are invisible, hidden behind walls, under floors, or below ground. Our specialist knows exactly what to look for, where to look, and what it means when they find it.

Repair of a Concrete Foundation
David and his team were true professionals. They were always on time and communicated clearly the expectations of the project. They added new concrete piers and leveled the house with amazing accuracy. David was very clear about communicating the risks of raising the floors so as to not create any further damage to the walls. David is a super nice guy and I would definitely recommend hiring him for foundation or house leveling projects.

Great job!
Everything got sorted within the week and even delivered exactly where it was most useful, not just dumped at the roadside like some companies do. 5* Service and bloody well priced too.
